The Pikler Triangle is built on the idea that children develop movement most confidently when given the right structure to explore on their own terms. From a baby gripping the solid birch rungs to pull upright, to a seven-year-old testing the full height of the Swedish Wall, the same piece serves each stage without modification. Made in Europe from birch plywood with non-toxic finishes, it carries the restrained warmth of Scandinavian design into a nursery or open-plan family room. Questions before you order

Delivery

How much does delivery cost?

Standard delivery is free on orders over €100. The threshold applies to the whole order, not to each parcel. Below €100 it is a flat €5 per parcel, to anywhere in Ireland or Germany, whatever the parcel weighs.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive within 5 to 15 business days. Each piece is sent by its maker or fulfilment partner rather than from one central warehouse, so timings vary from piece to piece.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Pieces from the same maker travel together, so an order spanning several makers ships as several parcels. Each has its own tracking and they may reach you on different days. Nothing is missing from an order that arrives in parts, and on orders over €100 delivery is free on every parcel.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something that does not suit our home?

Yes. You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you have changed your mind, for any reason, and a further 14 days to send it back. Email hello@trilofy.com with your full name, your order number and the items, and we will reply within one working day with the return address.

You are welcome to open the box to check the piece. If it has been assembled or used, we may reduce the refund by the loss in value. For a change of mind you send the piece back yourself, at your own cost, straight to that address rather than a drop-off point. A tracked service is best, as it stays your responsibility until it arrives. There is no restocking fee.

What if something arrives damaged, faulty or wrong?

We will put it right with a repair, replacement or refund, and cover the return postage. Please email hello@trilofy.com within 48 hours of delivery if you can, with photos of the piece and its packaging, as that helps us claim against the carrier. Noticing later does not limit your rights: every purchase carries the EU 2-year legal guarantee, so a faulty piece or one not as described may be repaired, replaced, reduced in price or refunded.
