Your Rights as Our Customer

We want you to love your purchase! If you are shopping from Ireland or another EU country, you benefit from consumer protection rights, including a 14-day right of withdrawal and a 2-year legal guarantee.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Changed your mind? No problem. You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the day you receive your order, for any reason and without justification.

To start your return, email us at hello@trilofy.com with your order number and the items you want to return.

Returned items must be new, unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return instructions and a return label for you to download and print.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We will refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving your return or proof that you have sent it back. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used for the order.

How Our Fulfillment Works

To offer a wide range of products, some items ship from our warehouse and others ship from trusted partners. In all cases, the same return process applies unless a product page states otherwise.

Starting Your Return

Email us at hello@trilofy.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will then send you the return address and instructions for the return label.

Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

No restocking fees apply.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us right away at hello@trilofy.com.

In these cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

You are also protected by EU law with a 2-year legal guarantee. If a product is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

Items We Cannot Accept Back

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain items, including:

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the original product and place a new order.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your return or proof that you have sent it back. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
